Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.
• Self-motivated, organized, capable of managing stress and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff to deliver care services daily, weekly and monthly for residents and patients in home care.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Enter and maintain accurate client schedules and profiles.
• Provide reminder calls to staff and clients to ensure continuity.
• Run reports on staffing credentials and hours; adjust as needed.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
