Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical/hospital experience.
• MSN preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS required.
• Current New Jersey RN license.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an administrative liaison and coordinates patient care activities.
• Recognizes priority situations, acts, and makes appropriate decisions.
• Facilitates timely transfer of patients to designated clinical areas.
• Uses escalation process to resolve issues and bed prioritization to manage flow.
• Demonstrates leadership, time management and strong communication.
