- Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to the care team and collaborate with other providers.
- Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
- Lead off-shift nursing operations and support the team to maintain Magnet-designated care quality.
- Uphold patient safety and evidence-based practice across departments.
