RWJBarnabas Health's Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for night shift to oversee nursing operations and act as the hospital administrative representative on duty.

The role requires an active NJ RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, and a Bachelor’s degree, with 2+ years of ICU/ Critical Care experience preferred. Proficiency with EPIC EMR is expected. This is a full-time night position (36 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• ACLS required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Critical Care Nursing ICU highly preferred.
• Comfortable with EMR systems (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate management and clinical practice activities across the medical center.
• Report identified safety issues and hazardous environments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practice and act as a clinical resource.
• Direct operations during crisis and communicate with admin-on-call.
