Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System's Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care during evening and overnight shifts.

Schedule: 24 or 36 hours per week, 6:45pm to 7:15am. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, maintaining patient comfort and safety, and documenting care in Cerner. Tuition assistance and free parking are offered as incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of first nursing assistant clinical rotation preferred.
• Nurse Assistant certification preferred within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort; document data in Cerner.
• Assist with room preparation and housekeeping per procedures.
• Support front desk and scheduling as needed.
