Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program is required.
• EKG course completion required.
• Annual mandatory education requirements must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care across age populations.
• Coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges and bed management to optimize unit capacity.
• Supervise and coach staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Maintain positive patient relations and ensure effective communication using SBAR and team approaches.
• Identify and address risks to patient safety and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
