Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completed first nursing assistant clinical rotation preferred.
• 6 months nurse assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care as outlined in care plans.
• Document all data accurately in the Cerner system or worksheets.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation needs.
• Maintain clean and safe patient rooms and treatment areas.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and communicate needs to the care team.
• Support with admissions, scheduling and other duties as assigned.
