Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to supervise unit staff, coordinate patient care and drive quality outcomes on a 36-hour work week in New Jersey. You will partner with nursing and medical teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality care and mentor staff for continuous improvement.

The role requires clinical leadership, effective communication, and adherence to hospital standards. A NJ RN license, BLS, and additional trauma/critical care certifications are preferred.

Qualifications
