Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Spokane Valley, WA seeks an RN House Supervisor to serve as in-house administrator for the hospital-based team. You will lead operations, ensure policy adherence, and act as a resource for staff and patients alike.

The role requires a BSN or higher, WA license, current BLS, ACLS (or within 6 months), and 5+ years in tertiary acute care with leadership experience. Night shift, 0.9 FTE, 12‑hour rotating weekends, strong collaboration encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or within five years of hire date.
• RN license valid for Washington state or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification or within 6 months.
• Five years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute-care setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience; three years management preferred.
