Vitalia Westlake is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to join our Westlake, OH team. The role focuses on creating a warm, homelike atmosphere in memory care, assisting with family-style dining, and ensuring residents receive snacks and hydration throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English literacy at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Create a home-like, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Prepare and serve family-style dining, guiding residents and cleaning up as a family.
• Ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents in the Neighborhood to provide meaningful experiences.
