Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections and provide compassionate care.
• Promote an inclusive and positive environment through teamwork.
• Engage in ongoing development and training within the organization.
• Support residents during scheduled shifts as outlined.
