Arrow Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a full-time Care Partner to support Residents during the 7:00pm–7:00am shift. The role emphasizes empathy, daily living assistance, and fostering a caring community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy to communicate with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active as role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Provide empathy and foster connection with Residents during vulnerable moments.
• Support residents and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Participate in shift duties and ensure residents’ safety and well-being.
