Shift differentials

Job summary

Legacy Memory Care facility in Maine seeks a dedicated Certified Residential Medication Aide. You will administer medications per state rules, support ADLs, and ensure resident safety. The role requires 1 year of direct care, HS diploma or GED, CPR and 40-hour CRMA certification, and willingness to obtain CNA/PSS if needed.

Full-time with shift differentials. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a similar environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience exercising good judgment in a variety of challenging circumstances is also required.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications to residents according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders and the resident's condition.
• Adhering to all Company rules, safety protocols, policies & procedures, and expectations
• Providing a positive and productive environment by promoting a positive image and collaborative working style with other team members
• Communicating effectively at shift changes ensuring all relevant information is provided to the oncoming shift regarding resident status Completing all shift assignments and documenting accordingly
