Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ months of experience.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications per MAR/TAR and regulations.
• Administer medications and provide nursing care as assigned.
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding) and assist with ADLs.
• Monitor vital signs and body weights; report changes.
• Document daily logs and ensure chart accuracy within 48 hours.
• Answer calls and assist residents with needs during shift.
