Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide for memory care at Gorham House in Gorham, ME. Day shift, 32 hours per week, with occasional weekends.

You will supervise self-administered meds, assist with ADLs, and provide nursing care under LPN/LVN/RN supervision and policy guidelines. The role requires a High School diploma, state-certified Medication Technician credentials, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience/training
• 1+ month experience in Senior Living preferred
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with team
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong team player with a passion for helping seniors

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR
• Provide personal care and general nursing care to residents as needed
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and dining services
• Document information in daily log and notify supervisor of concerns
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of medications and supplies
• Inspect medications weekly and manage medication carts
• Attend staff trainings and maintain accurate medical records
