Qualifications

• CRMA certification required in the state.
• PCA / PSS certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Maintain accurate care records.
