Piatt Hotel Group, owner of Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown, is seeking a Night Manager to oversee evening operations and lead the Front Desk and Night Audit teams. You will ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and safety while acting as Manager on Duty during your shift.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving in a fast-paced hotel environment, with opportunities to support nightly operations and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of hotel Front Desk or Night Audit supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in hotel operations preferred.
• Hilton PEP and Hilton brand experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel operations during evening and overnight hours.
• Lead Front Desk and Night Audit teams with coaching.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Respond to guest requests and service failures.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with emergency personnel.
• Communicate with day teams about overnight activities.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and billing inquiries.
• Conduct nightly property inspections.
• Ensure cash handling and billing accuracy.
