Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Distribution Center in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyors and electrical/controls equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll work Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a pay range of $25.00–$30.75 per hour. Strong electrical troubleshooting, PLC/PC programming knowledge, and safety-conscious practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology
• 2 years industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology OR 3 years in electronic tech maintenance (including troubleshooting)
• Hands-on electrical experience: 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, 24 VDC

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment including lift trucks, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, dock equipment, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PLCs, motor drives, and external I/O devices.
• Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools (multimeter, laptop).
• Assist other maintenance technicians in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Initiate and implement new procedures or designs to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Maintain organized work area and promote a safe working environment within Maintenance.
• Complete work orders and communicate technical issues effectively to leadership and suppliers to minimize downtime.
