Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at our distribution center. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors, and repair electrical/electronic systems to keep equipment running efficiently.

You’ll document work orders, communicate issues to teams, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while supporting uptime. Full-time shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology or related field.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience in electronic technology or 3+ years in automation.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and electrical/electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, dock equipment, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic problems and diagnose using drawings and tools.
• Document work orders and communicate issues to leadership and suppliers.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and support uptime goals.
