Dollar Tree, Inc. in Berwick, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair conveyors, building systems, machinery and electrical controls. You will work on 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, on the 6th shift, earning $23.50–$29.00 per hour plus a $0.25 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology with industrial maintenance experience.
• PLC/PC programming knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Electrical experience including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC and 24 VDC systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting with PCs and industrial control devices.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to leadership.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic problems with PLCs and controls.
• Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints and diagnostic tools.
• Assist other maintenance technicians in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Initiate and implement new procedures to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Maintain organized work area and promote a safe working environment.
• Complete work orders and communicate issues to leadership to minimize downtime.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
