Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance operations at our Pike Road, Alabama facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient execution of planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance with hands-on involvement on the plant floor.

You will manage work orders in SAP, assign workloads, mentor technicians, and collaborate with planners to prioritize the maintenance backlog while upholding environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, electrical and mechanical devices, and control circuits.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial drives.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders, modifications, and process changes have approvals.
• Attend and lead shift-handover meetings and review downtime and actions.
• Represent maintenance in production meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assign workloads and manage labor, materials, and parts for the shift.
• Collaborate with planners to manage backlog and priorities.
• Spend majority of shift on the plant floor interacting with mechanics.
• Provide guidance and technical support to ensure correct completion of maintenance jobs.
• Document labor hours, materials, and equipment conditions in SAP.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel and users on SAP procedures.
