Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site, 3rd shift role in Pike Road, AL. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations within the plant floor environment.

You will spend substantial time on the shop floor, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, equipment reliability, and changeover performance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP or comparable CMMS.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Ensure work orders, approvals, and materials are in place for all maintenance tasks.
Attend shift-handover meetings and communicate priorities and downtime.
Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, cost, and thoroughness.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-floor leadership to the team.
Train and develop maintenance personnel and ensure SAP procedures are followed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement efforts.
