Qualifications

• Requires reading and interpreting English technical documents.
• Leadership experience preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes.
• Commitment to safety, GMPs, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, participate in safety walks.
• Analyze risks and implement safety procedures with the team.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure GMPs and food handling standards are followed.
• Staff shift coverage and oversee production lines and changeovers.
• Coordinate with production schedule to minimize downtime.
• Complete production paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members and resolve conflicts.
• Assist supervisors in updating SOPs and training plans.
