Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Line Lead in the food production line to drive efficiency and quality on the manufacturing floor. You will lead a shift, monitor safety, coach team members, and ensure adherence to GMPs and the production schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment, coordinating changeovers, completing production paperwork, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ manufacturing experience preferred.
• English reading and strong safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety programs.
• Lead shift, monitor production schedule and quality.
• Coach team and manage performance feedback with supervisor.
• Coordinate line changeovers and ensure equipment readiness.
• Complete production paperwork and document operations.
• Support GMP compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
