Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Senior Line Lead for the food industry in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports production operations on the second shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) with weekends as needed, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. Pay ranges from $24.50 to $28.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Language Skills – English reading, analysis, and interpretation; Spanish a plus.
Mathematical skills including algebra and statistics.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy expectations.
Strong reasoning to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and process issues for short- and long-term improvements.
Provide interpersonal training to operators and supervisors on deviations and adjustments.
Focus on line three knowledge transfer to the operations team.
Serve as back-up shift leader when needed.
Assess breakdowns and downtime; work with maintenance to improve reliability.
Create SOPs and work instructions to standardize product quality and processes.
Build recipes and optimize productivity and throughput across lines and product groups.
Coordinate and run product trials minimizing production interference.
