Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a Line Lead for our Production team. You will supervise the 1st shift, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of pretzel products.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMPs, conducting safety analyses, coaching staff, and coordinating changeovers. The role demands hands-on leadership and a commitment to a safe, cost-conscious production floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred, food environment a plus.
• Leadership experience is preferred; lean principles knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe work environment and participate in safety walks.
• Conduct JSA and risk assessments to mitigate injuries and incidents.
• Lead shift to meet production schedule, ensure staffing and changeovers on time.
• Review production schedule and coordinate resources for efficient operation.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and coach team members.
