Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician – Picking in Sugar Land, TX, for the third shift (Mon–Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role supports batch manufacturing, inventory control, and ERP-based picking to ensure CGMP compliance and timely production schedules.

The successful candidate will manage material transactions, verify accuracy, and maintain documentation per company policies, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping or logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee batch picking and material transactions using ERP.
• Verify picked items match picklists with lot numbers and expiry dates.
• Complete batch records and ERP transactions with CGMP compliance.
• Rotate stock per FEFO and restock shelves.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts.
• Provide batch status updates to stakeholders.
