Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician – Picking for the 3rd shift at our Sugar Land, TX site. You will oversee batch picking, manage ERP transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain CGMP compliance to support production schedules.

Ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong prioritization, and experience with INFOR/AS400 ERP, inventory control, and safety. This is a safety-sensitive role with potential drug testing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Experience with AS400 and INFOR ERP systems.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of discrete batch manufacturing in pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee batch manufacturing support via ERP picklists.
• Transact picked material in ERP and verify accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and batch records per CGMP.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory labeling.
• Rotate stock using FEFO procedures.
• Notify supervisor about shortages and issues.
