Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center in Sugar Land, TX. The role ensures accurate inventory, labeling, and timely shipments of compounded pharmaceutical products, collaborating with customer service to resolve shipping issues.

The position follows a set weekday schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST) with potential overtime and on-site work. Candidates must pass drug/background checks and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not offered.
• 2-4 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related areas.
• Familiar with mobile devices and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Completion of picking, packing, and closing competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Verify bill of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle defective, damaged and expired inventory per policy.
• Unload trucks and load recycling material safely.
• Process paperwork and ERP transactions per CGMP and company procedures.
• Support distribution from pick list to carrier pickup.
• Pick and package compounded pharma products for direct shipment.
• Manage inventory of released products and packaging materials.
• Use carrier shipping software to create labels and schedule pickups.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
