Job summary

Quva is seeking a Lead Production Technician – ILP in Sugar Land, TX to oversee CSPs and non-sterile packaging, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time production. The role requires coordinating schedules, training staff, and maintaining accurate batch records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time on-site with a 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be able to work with ERP systems and MS Office, and pass pre-employment exams including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Train-the-trainer qualification preferred.
• 1+ years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing, labeling, or packaging experience.
• Must pass color perception and vision tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection, labeling and packaging operations, including scheduling and processing of CSPs and non-sterile solutions.
• Coordinate daily line activities, ensuring safety and adherence to cGMP.
• Prepare daily departmental metrics; support training and onboarding of new operators.
