Job summary

QuVa Pharma in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician - Picking to support batch manufacturing with precise material picking and ERP-based transactions. The role emphasizes CGMP adherence, safety, and accuracy, with a strong focus on attention to detail and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on the Third shift (Mon-Fri 10:00 PM–6:30 AM), use AS400/INFOR ERP, and participate in cycle counts, inventory control, and obtaining accurate batch statuses for

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• 2–4 years experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics or related.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee batch material picking per ERP picklist to support manufacturing.
• Transact picked material in ERP and verify against picklist details.
• Complete batch records and ERP transactions with CGMP compliance.
• Restock shelves and ensure correct labeling.
• Rotate stock per FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out).
• Notify supervisor of shortages and discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Support batch status reporting for production schedules.
