Job summary

Quva seeks a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center in Sugar Land, TX to support inventory replenishments, packing, labeling, and shipping of compounded pharmaceutical products. The role uses manual and automated systems and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

You will verify bills of lading, handle returns, unload trucks, prepare paperwork and ERP transactions, and ensure CGMP compliance. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, on-site with potential overtime

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, or related fields is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify bills of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timeliness.
• Unload trucks and load materials safely; handle inventory adjustments.
• Prepare paperwork and ERP transactions with proper documentation.
• Support order distribution from pick to carrier pickup.
• Package and ship compounded pharmaceutical products following CGMP rules.
• Manage inventory levels of released products and packaging materials.
• Use carrier software to print labels and schedule pickups.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
