Job summary

Quva in Sugar Land, TX is hiring a Warehouse Technician I – Picking on a full-time basis for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST). The role supports batch manufacturing by selecting materials per ERP picklists, transacting in ERP, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass drug/background checks is required. Experience in distribution/logistics and ERP systems is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background checks.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 1–2 years in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Pick starting materials and supplies according to ERP picklist for batch manufacturing.
• Transact picked material in ERP and verify against the picklist.
• Restock shelves and rotate stock using First-Expired, First-Out method.
• Inspect and replace damaged, expired, or excess inventory as needed.
• Handle defective inventory per departmental policy and unload/load materials.
• Receive and store materials in designated locations to maintain warehouse flow.
