Job summary

Quva in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center Mid Shift to support inventory, packing, and shipping of compounded pharmaceutical products. After training, you will handle receiving, labeling, ERP transactions, and carrier shipments while maintaining CGMP-compliant records.

The role involves a set, consistent schedule Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, on-site with safety-sensitive requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verifies bill of lading, packing slips, quantity, vendor lot number and expiration date.
• Handles defective, damaged, and/or expired inventory per policy.
• Unloads trucks and loads recycling materials safely and efficiently.
• Completes paperwork and ERP transactions with CGMP-compliant documentation.
• Supports direct distribution of customer orders from pick list to carrier pickup.
• Picks and packages compounded pharmaceutical products for shipment.
• Manages inventory of released products and packaging materials.
• Uses carrier shipping software to create labels, track packages and schedule pickups.
• Inspects outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
