Job summary

Extended Stay America is looking for a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handle check-ins/check-outs, and complete laundry duties to maintain clean linens and towels. You will also assist with phone coverage and ensure safety procedures are followed per company standards.

The role includes stocking carts, processing dishware, and helping with breakfast setup, while upholding cleanliness and security throughout the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with frontline guest service is a plus, including overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out and payments per guidelines.
• Process all laundry in accordance with standards (wash, dry, fold linens, towels, shower curtains).
• Process all dishware (wash, dry, package).
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain brand PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety.
