Qualifications

• 2+ years of information technology experience.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool.
• 2+ years of experience with monitoring and network tools such as AppDynamics, SiteScope, Splunk or similar Application Performance Management monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level engagement in response to alerts across the CVS Health environment.
• Log, escalate, and resolve incidents, problems, and requests within service levels.
• Support 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am) across rotating schedules.
