Interface Systems in St. Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to advance real-time security operations. You will manage alarms, verify incidents, and engage with monitored sites via live audio and two-way systems during critical events.

This on-site role includes night shifts (10pm–6:30am), comprehensive benefits from Day 1, vacation and sick time, and various bonuses for attendance, performance, and recruitment. Training is provided to empower fast, decisive action.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring security systems and responding to incidents.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive security and life safety monitoring across three levels.
• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of client locations and observe for vulnerabilities.
• Lead live interactions with monitored sites during security events.
