Interface Systems in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an iSOC Coordinator Level 3 to monitor security events and manage real-time interventions. You will handle live audio communication with monitored sites, verify alarms via video, and coordinate with emergency services when required.

This role involves shift work, weekend coverage, and providing de-escalation in high-pressure situations. Training is provided, with growth into higher responsibility within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and documentation.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and place outbound calls to verify signal validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify designated individuals about alarms or events per instructions.
• Provide life safety support by ensuring timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support (arming/disarming) and assist in resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events using two-way audio to communicate with monitored sites.
• Handle situations like loitering or trespassing with de-escalation when needed.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
