Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and ensure accurate stocking, pricing and signage across GM areas.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and customer-first service, with opportunities to assist in back-up cashier duties and Drive Up/Order Pick Up services. Training is provided and shifts vary, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, help guests find what they need, resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience, and finish every transaction with a sincere thank you
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor; maintain product availability for GM categories
• Operate safely and ethically, assist guests with back-up cashier duties and drive-up services, and comply with safety policies and laws
