Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert for our General Merchandise team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth shopping experience, while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.

You will support the team with daily tasks, stock and organize merchandise, and adhere to safety and compliance standards. This role offers training and opportunities to grow within a customer‑facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
