JOEY Restaurant Group in Seattle is seeking a Night Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional hospitality during evening hours.

You will manage service standards, train staff, handle guest issues, and contribute to quarterly planning while safeguarding quality and safety. This full-time role offers growth within a multi-concept brand and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience and ability to lead a team.
• Passion for hospitality and world-class guest experiences.
• Must have or be able to obtain local Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive, high-performing team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service and uphold hospitality standards.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise service and experience standards and coach staff.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Train and develop technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow food and alcohol safety procedures.
