JOEY Restaurants in California is seeking an accomplished leader to foster a cohesive team and deliver world-class hospitality. You will guide service standards, handle guest concerns with urgency, and support sales, budgets, and recruitment.

The role requires 1-3+ years of leadership, valid California Food Handler and Beverage Service certifications, and a passion for quality hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
• Passion for hospitality and proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs, impact candidate experience and retention.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.
