JOEY Restaurants in University Village, Seattle, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive quarterly strategic goals. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and manage costs, labor, and operations for a multi-million-dollar venue.

You will uphold safety standards, deliver excellent service, and foster growth across front-of-house and kitchen teams, emphasizing Genuine Warmth and care.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience in hospitality.
• Must have or be able to obtain local Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Passion for hospitality with a proven track record in guest experiences.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive team environment through leadership.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Resolve issues and guest complaints with urgency and poise.
• Assist with store sales, budgets, COOGs and labor.
• Supervise service standards and coach the team.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
