Job summary

• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and support improvement initiatives.
• Create a safe, helpful environment for patients, families, and team members; manage pain and boundaries.
• Respect and incorporate patient and family values into individualized care plans.
• Maintain patient privacy, autonomy, dignity, and rights; address ethical or clinical issues.
• Educate patients and families about healthcare options and treatments.
• Work with others to create a care plan, being open and attentive to everyone's ideas.
