Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care with a patient-centered approach, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. You will contribute to evidence-based practice changes and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, evaluating nursing practice for quality, and maintaining patient privacy and dignity while supporting families through the care process.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of RN experience required.
