Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care with a patient-centered approach. The nurse will develop care plans and monitor patient progress in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

The role requires an RN license, Associate's degree, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The position is on site in Texas, with a strong emphasis on ethics, privacy, and high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required and RN licensure.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and revise the care plan for patient outcomes.
• Evaluate nursing practice quality and effectiveness; contribute to evidence-based practice changes.
