Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse in Waco, Texas. This role is focused on coordinating patient care with a patient-centered approach while creating care plans and evaluating health outcomes.

Essential functions include developing care plans, assessing nursing practice quality, educating patients and families, and ensuring patient privacy. Candidates must possess an Associate's degree and an RN license, with one year of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RN).
• One year of relevant work experience needed.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of hire.
