Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a friendly F&B Attendant to support front-of-house across Brighton’s cafeterias, quick-service outlets, and restaurants. You will handle POS payments, food running, busing, and dining-room support in a fast-paced mountain resort setting.

You’ll join a team focused on guest satisfaction, with cross-training for growth into cook, server, or lead roles. Availability including weekends/evenings/holidays is required, with 21+ for alcohol service where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong guest-service mindset, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• Must meet minimum working-age requirements; age 21+ for alcohol service duties
• Reliable attendance and availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage seating/lines, answer questions about menu items/outlets/hours.
• Own guest concerns: listen, apologize, fix what you can, escalate to lead/manager when needed.
• Maintain a present, smiling, guest-focused demeanor; phones away and uniform on duty.
• Assist with special requests, allergens, accessibility needs, and families with children.
• Operate POS, enter orders/modifiers, apply discounts, process payments in cashless environment.
• Serve, portion, and present food/beverages; keep stations stocked and log temperatures.
