Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient registration and escort patients and guests to their destination.
• Respond promptly to patient, family and team member requests.
• Assist in identifying patient and family needs and secure referrals, solutions and services.
• Collect data and documentation to identify areas needing improved customer service.
• Assist leadership in recommending changes in policy and procedure.
• Maintain communication with leaders regarding department and problem areas.
