Sentara BelleHarbour Hospital in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Guest Relations Representative to welcome patients and visitors and coordinate with the medical team. This weekend nights role (11:00PM–7:30AM, Saturday and Sunday) focuses on creating a warm, responsive environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and preference for at least one year of customer service or healthcare experience.

• One year prior customer service or healthcare experience - Preferred
